Hey, Art Rand arrived. He has interrupted the stale smog of depression within the apartment, a vibe that has already been on its way out with our increased exposure to the sun. A fresh set of eyes can never hurt, and it's fun to look around and pretend it's all new again.

We showed him a pretty cool ride today. With the sun shining and the fields still green from the recent rain, things looked pretty darn good. Not a bad life.
