Sam and Chris are set to fly to Spain in early February to train and race in a small town near the southern coast. With varying frequency, we will be posting stuff here.

These are the only ones I know (don't worry I had to look up the normal range numbers):- WBC (white blood cells) normal range = [4-11], elevated when infections are present- RBC (red blood cells) [3.6 - 6.1]- HGB (hemoglobin) [13.5 - 18 for men]- HCT (hematocrit) you must know all about this one I'm sure...- MCV (mean corpuscular volume, ie average volume of RBCs = hematocrit/RBC count) [81-101]- MCH (mean corpuscular hemoglobin, ie amount of hemoglobin per RBC) [27-35]- MCHC (mean copuscular hemoglobin concentration, ie volume hemoglobin per cell) [31-37]- PLT (platelets - blood clotting is good) [150-440]I guess if people only saw your bloodwork, they'd think you were a totally normal guy.
